What a nightmare, my motor's done 83k now and my bro finally had a few spare hrs at the garage to do my cambelt change, cut a long story short, took the old cambelt off to find it was a Gates so obviously the belt had already been done even tho theres no record of it in the service book, nothing wrote on the cambelt cover or even the sticker that comes with a new cambelt but changed it along with the pulley wheel and tensioner got my induction kit fitted too ;D I'm shocked you dont like my morettes cliokiz their part of the sp pack, 500 quid new tho i got mine for 200 of e-bay already sprayed ;D

It's always worth the peace of mind to change a cambelt! I change them at every opportunity i get.
Sorry just not a fan of morettes, they look ok on some cars but i don't like the way they ruin the smooth look of a front end. Looks like a monster to me lol
I tend to go for more subtle mods anyway but each to their own. If you're happy with it thats all that matters!
My sister had a 1.4 206 and it was a very reliable car.

I see what your saying about the smoothness being lost, its my bug-eyed monster ;D As for the lowering i'm doing my own head in severely, i'm wanting to put bigger wheels on either 16" or 17" so wasnt sure if its best to wait till i get some before i drop it as it could look completely wrong as its only on 15"'s at the mo. Sure did change the tensioner which was already an INA so not oem, changed the pulley wheel aswell Am also contemplating going for coilovers when i do eventually lower it so can have it around 45-50mm for handling or 60-70 for lookin slammed
