Right, im new here.. me and my dad restory and customise Morris Minors, but i have got my own project that im working on, i got the car last November and have spent alot of time getting it into shape for the shows this year. I used Loughboroughs 'Incarelectronix' who added a cat 1 alarm / immobiliser and central locking aswell as a very nice sound system. This weekend i rewired the car and fitted a mini steering column as it is the same column but with the added steering lock to make things safer and also moves wipers and lights from the dash onto the column. This next month will see some modern full leather seats added and a fast road engine. hope you enjoy. Rob

I saw this at incar electronix at various stages of the install; it's a great project and i've always loved the idea of updating classics. I was also there just before you picked it up, perhaps I should have stayed to see the big smile on your face. keep up the good work dude.

thank you for the feedback, engine wise im building up an a-series engine, fast road set up kicking out 115bhp which will become the basis for a turbo'd one kicking out 200bhp next year. we have a project on the go at the moment which a brand new morris minor, its running on ford subframe and ford/mazda running gear, duratec engine... we are hoping to take that around the custom shows and hopefully get orders..

Right, these were the final pictures taken tonight.... just shows the finished fuse box and relays, theres also a second fuse box for smaller amperage parts behind the trim in the passenger footwell. All the switches on the inside have been changed to chrome toggle switches with LED displays Red x2 (heated seats) Amber (rear fog) Green (front fogs) Blue (Spot lights) Also with changing to the mini steering column i have added an indicator warning light as it used to be on the stalk.
