My poor little clio, decided to not let me start it the other night. The immobaliser is deactivated via the remote locking using the keyfob. I unlocked my car drove less than a mile back to my girlfriends house, went to lock it.. and nothing happend, batteries proved to be fine, tryed again the next morning..... still nothing. locked up with the key and sadly got the bus to college. Tryed again that evening, removing the reciever from the interior roof block its attached too, checked all connections, all looked well. new keyfob batteries and still nothing. So i got it towed home 2 snaped tow ropes and 3 hours later it now sits on my drive unable to start without the immobaliser sticking its nose in.
Any one have any ideas?
Cheers Bish

It's an immob issue not the crank sensor Chris
The receiver isn't receiving the signal from the plipper and thus not de-activating the immobiliser
