Now that our meets are getting more popular and we are attracting larger numbers of cars, there is more likely to be a larger Police presence with random stop checks. It is you own responsibility to make sure that your car is road legal. also ensure that you drive to the laws of the road whilst you are in or around the meet location.
Remember it is Charnwood Car club that you give a bad name to by braking the law!

alright, update! had a chat with the local police and it seems that they arent too happy with us being there (said every year) they have been down for a chat, which is fine by us, and will probably turn up again. also fine!
we have started looking into new meet areas, which are legal as we have permission from the land owners. some are very good and have food, shelter, a bar and toilets.
just waiting for the call back
